“In 2011, I was invited to work with the Kingsworld School. While I was there, I spent time in the classroom and got to know the children and their families. Although there was illness and poverty, they weren’t defined by their circumstances – everyone I met was an individual, with their own stories to tell, and I was privileged to tell it with them.

While I was there, I got to know the real India and my travel photography from this time stands out as some of the most striking pictures I’ve taken.”
